Chepstow House School

Duchenne Children's Trust

Throughout the 2013/14 school session Chepstow House School supported the Duchenne Children's Trust.  The Duchenne Children’s Trust was set up by Emily and Nick Crossley, after their son, Eli was diagnosed with Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy.  Their mission quite simply is to raise money to give to the best global research effort – to fund a treatment or cure in time to save Eli’s life and the hundreds of thousands of other boys like him.

Throughout the year the Friends of Chepstow House School held a range of fundraising activities involving both parents and children.  Thanks to the generosity of our parents, in July 2014 Chepstow House was very pleased to announce that they had raised £36,000.00 for the Duchenne Children's Trust.  Thank you to everyone who helped us reach this very impressive total.
